The Design Process

We follow a simple 5 step logo design process

Step 1: Choose your logo design package

From our logo packages decide which best suits your requirements. If you need any further information before making a decision then just get in touch and we will be happy to explain anything further. Once you have chosen a package please make a secure online payment using your credit or debit card.

Step 2: Submit your design brief

Once you have made a payment you will be emailed a link to complete a creative brief form. Please provide us with as much information as you’d like. The more we understand about your business then the better equipped we are to deliver the best logo. Please feel free to email us any supporting information or we are more than happy to talk though any ideas for your brief over the phone.

Step 3: Receive your initial logo design concepts

The initial logo concepts will be sent to you by email within 1-4 days depending on which logo packages  you have ordered. We aim to deliver the concepts as quickly as possible but without rushing. If we need extra time then we will let you know in advance.

Step 4: Tell us what you think!

Tell us what you like, what you don’t like and things you’d like to change. We much prefer constructive feedback and happy to offer our opinion if you are undecided or unsure about anything.

We then make the revisions you have requested within 1-2 working days. The aim of the revision process is to refine one or more of the logo concepts resulting in a logo you are happy with. 95% of our customers finalise their logo design within 2-4 revisions.

Step 5:  Receive your final logo files

Final logo files are sent by email in a  zipped file. Logos are supplied in web and print formats including:

Print & Design files
EPS & .AI (Adobe Illustrator Vector File),
.PSD (Adobe Photoshop files)

Web Files
.SVG (vector), .PNG (72dpi), .JPEG (72dpi)

Social Media Profile images
Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin and instagram.

If you need a particular file type for a specific purpose not included above then this can normally be sent free of charge.

Only one finished logo design is included per order. If you’d like the files for more than one logo we are more than happy to create all of the above file formats for an admin fee of £30 per additional logo design to cover the extra time.

Stationery designs
If you have ordered stationery designs then these will be completed once your logo design has been finalised. If you have any further questions please contact us or read our FAQs.
